Maintenance Technician

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining our apartment community with 233 units in Springfield, MA.  We expect the Maintenance Technician to assist in maintaining the physical integrity of the community by providing a quality living environment for our residents at all times. In addition, this individual is responsible for responding to all resident requests for maintenance service in a courteous and professional manner; following through on completion of these work requests; communicating with residents/owners regarding problem work requests and making the necessary arrangements to resolve the problems. Daily activities would include:

-Recognize potential problems and take appropriate action
-Performing duties such as installing, troubleshooting, repairing and maintaining facility equipment
-Work orders
-Operates with OSHA standards and company safety policies

Roving Leasing Consultant

We are seeking an experienced and energetic Roving Leasing Consultant who will rotate from property to property based on the needs of our portfolio.  The Roving Leasing Consultant is responsible for responding to telephone and email inquiries, interviewing prospective residents, conducting site tours, completing outreach marketing and preparing and completing lease paperwork, as well as data entry. 

Daily activities would include:

  • Ability to take a prospect from traffic to resident
  • Maintain closing ratios
  • Aware of the surrounding to make sure that the property is kept in excellent condition
  • Collect rental deposit
  • Process all rental paperwork

Roving Leasing Consultant

The Roving Leasing Consultant position for the Mid-Atlantic Region is one that requires great customer service skills, proven sales skills, the ability to lease apartments and train others to do the same. This position will cover the Mid-Atlantic Region. Daily travel to communities is required. A background in marketing, managing social media to drive traffic to communities is a must. Knowledge of Entrata is a plus. This position does require that the person is available to work weekends.  This individual works in conjunction with the rest of the office by

  • responding to telephone inquiries;
  • interviewing prospective residents;
  • conducting site tours; and
  • preparing and completing lease paperwork.

Part-Time Leasing Consultant

Regional Property Manager

We are in search of a dynamic individual, who will be based in Odenton, MD, to manage multiple residential apartment communities in Maryland & Virginia. 

The Regional Property Manager is responsible for overseeing the operation of the assigned property portfolio by:

-identifying and responding to the owner's needs, goals and objectives;  
-developing yearly operating budgets & marketing plans; and
-directing the preparation of financial statements and reports. 

In addition, the Regional Property Manager is responsible for identifying and implementing creative programs to increase the property value and manage daily property activities in such a manner as to win and maintain the respect and goodwill of all residents through exceptional customer service. 

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills coupled with excellent interpersonal skills.  The successful candidate must be able to handle numerous tasks simultaneously and work well under pressure. 

To perform the job successfully a Bachelor’s Degree from a four-year college or university is preferred.  Qualified candidates must have five years of experience in a property management setting as well as knowledge of industry software systems such as MRI, yardi, Nexus etc.   CAM and/or CAPS designation a plus.

The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for maintaining our luxury apartment community with 96 units in Andover, MA.  The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for all aspects of the physical maintenance of the property.  This includes maximizing the value of the property with systemized operations, maintaining a first class property with curb appeal, creating a safe environment for our residents & employees, maintaining & servicing all equipment and providing excellent, 24 hour maintenance service. 

We expect the Maintenance Supervisor to assist in overseeing the physical assets, general maintenance repairs, apartment make-readies, preventative maintenance and construction or rehabilitation projects.  In addition, this individual is responsible in enforcing staff compliance with company policies and procedures to all of the maintenance team.  Daily activities would include:

-Recognize potential problems and take appropriate action
-Performing duties such as installing, troubleshooting, repairing and maintaining facility equipment
-Assign or complete work orders
-Operates with OSHA standards and company safety policies
-Secures the maintenance shop at all times
-Handles resident complaints/problems

Roving Maintenance Technician

We are seeking an experienced Roving Crew Maintenance Technician who will rotate from property to property based on the needs of our portfolio.  This candidate will start each day from their home and travel between Massachusetts; New Hampshire and Rhode Island; with limited trips to Maine and New York, as well as additional rare opportunities to assist our Mid Atlantic portfolio in Maryland, Virginia and North Carolina.  The Roving Maintenance Technician will assist in maintaining the physical integrity of our communities.   The Roving Maintenance Technician will work with the site Maintenance staff and indirectly work for the supervisor on the site with what is needed for the day to day operations. This can consist of turning vacant units, handling service requests from residents and special projects. Following through on completion of these work requests; communicating with residents regarding problem work requests and making the necessary arrangements to resolve the problems.

Daily activities would include:

  • Recognizing potential problems and taking appropriate action
  • Performing duties such as installing, troubleshooting, repairing and maintaining our facilities.
  • Work orders (Service requests)
  • Traveling to different sites in the portfolio day to day
