The Leasing Consultant is responsible for being a great team member of this high energy community with 159 units in Baltimore, MD.  We expect the Leasing Consultant to create the greatest possible satisfaction and well-being of all individuals associated with the community while being consistent with the goals & objectives of the company. This individual works in conjunction with the rest of the office by responding to telephone inquiries, interviewing prospective residents, conducting site tours, preparing and completing lease paperwork as well as data entry. Daily activities would include:

  • Ability to take a prospect from traffic to resident
  • Maintain closing ratios
  • Aware of the surrounding to make sure that the property is kept in excellent condition
  • Collect rental deposit
  • Process all rental paperwork

Groundskeeper

The Groundskeeper is responsible for maintaining our luxury apartment community with 203 units in Cary, NC.  We expect the Groundskeeper to uphold a first class property with attention to curb appeal, cleaning all common areas of building, painting common areas as well as apartment homes.  Keeping the grounds maintained is critical.  This individual must recognize potential problems and take appropriate action to avoid further recurrence. Daily activities would include:

  • Possesses the initiative to make decisions and notify the proper personnel.
  • Water and maintains lawn areas/maintain common areas
  • Follow emergency/safety procedures per OSHA guideline
  • Make minor repairs to equipment

Property Manager

This individual should maximize the value of the property with systemized operations be creating a profit, having budget awareness and maintaining high occupancy. The Property Manager supervises all site employees and oversees staff compliance with company policies and procedures.  Daily activities would include:

  • Prepares financial reporting
  • Market Analysis
  • Aware of product, local market conditions and trends
  • Mentors staff to build an effective team
  • Supervises all collection activities
  • Communicates with residents on a daily basis
  • Codes and improves all invoices
  • Meets with contractors/vendors for bids on projects
  • Responds and assists with all emergencies at the property

To perform the job successfully, a Bachelor’s degree from a four-year College or University is preferred.  Qualified candidates must have 3-5 years of experience in a property management setting as well as knowledge of industry software systems such as MRI, Yardi, Nexus, etc. Previous supervisory experience is favored.

The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for maintaining our apartment community with 284 units in Largo, MD.  The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for all aspects of the physical maintenance of the property.  This includes maximizing the value of the property with systemized operations, maintaining a first class property with curb appeal, creating a safe environment for our residents & employees, maintaining & servicing all equipment and providing excellent, 24 hour maintenance service. 

We expect the Maintenance Supervisor to assist in overseeing the physical assets, general maintenance repairs, apartment make-readies, preventative maintenance and construction or rehabilitation projects.  In addition, this individual is responsible in enforcing staff compliance with company policies and procedures to all of the maintenance team.  Daily activities would include:

  • Recognize potential problems and take appropriate action
  • Performing duties such as installing, troubleshooting, repairing and maintaining facility equipment
  • Assign or complete work orders
  • Operates with OSHA standards and company safety policies
  • Secures the maintenance shop at all times
  • Handles resident complaints/problems

Have a working knowledge of HVAC systems and be able to maintain, repair and replace HVAC systems – HVAC Certified

Roving Leasing Consultant

This position will cover the Mid-Atlantic Region. Daily travel to communities is required. A background in marketing, managing social media to drive traffic to communities is a must. Knowledge of Entrata is a plus. This position does require that the person is available to work weekends.  This individual works in conjunction with the rest of the office by

  • responding to telephone inquiries;
  • interviewing prospective residents;
  • conducting site tours; and
  • preparing and completing lease paperwork.

Human Resources Coordinator

The successful candidate will have exceptional interpersonal and communication skills as well as being organized and customer service oriented.  The qualified candidate will have 2 to 3 years of experience and will be proficient with HRIS systems.
