Pet Policy
Summit Place is a pet friendly community where both cats and dogs, with breed limitations, are allowed.
A monthly fee of $35/cat and $45/dog is required. There is no up-front fee/deposit for the pets. A maximum of 2 pets per apartment home.

From Route 495 North or South: Take Exit 47 (Rte 213) to Exit 4. At the light take a left and follow for half a mile.
