Pet Policy
Limit two cats per apartment, permitted in all buildings.
Limit two dogs (second must be 35lbs or less) per apartment, permitted in designated buildings only. Certain breeds of dogs are not permitted in our community; please contact the Leasing Office for details.
There is a $150 refundable pet deposit and a $150 non-refundable pet sanitation fee. A monthly fee of $20 also applies.
