January 22, 2019, WOBURN, MA – The Dolben Company, Inc. (“Dolben”), a full-service Boston-based real estate company, announced today that Keith Corriveau has been named President-Elect of the Rental Housing Association (RHA), a role which will lead into President starting in January 2020. As President-Elect, Mr. Corriveau will be working to implement the RHA’s strategic plan, and preparing for the National Apartment Association’s Apartmentalize Conference, which will be held in Boston in June 2020.
Founded in 1953, the RHA today represents owners and managers of more than150,000 residential units across the state. It is part of the Greater Boston Real Estate Board, which was founded in 1889 to foster and promote high ethical standards in all real estate transactions, monitor and comment upon legislative measures affecting real estate, protect private property rights, administer an arbitration process for settling business disputes, and provide outstanding continuing education for its membership.
A member of the RHA for the last 18 years, Mr. Corriveau joined Dolben in 2004, and currently serves as Regional Director. As Regional Director, he oversees the management of various real estate assets, as well as a number of strategic operational initiatives. Previously, he was a Regional Property Manager, where his responsibilities included managing diverse residential and commercial real estate portfolios throughout New England and the Mid-Atlantic. Prior to joining Dolben, he held the role of General Manager with Princeton Properties. Mr. Corriveau holds the Certified Apartment Portfolio Supervisor (CAPS) designation from the National Apartment Association Education Institute, and earned his B.A. from the College of the Holy Cross.
