Nicholas P. Schmalz, CAPS

As one of Dolben’s New England Regional Property Managers, Nick’s responsibilities include staff, physical plant and financial oversight of a portfolio of apartment communities throughout Massachusetts and New Hampshire. His experience includes the previous positions of Commercial Real Estate Appraiser and Director of Property Management. He is the former President of the Apartment Association of New Hampshire. Nick earned his B.S. in Finance from Babson College, his Certificate in Real Estate Finance from Boston University and his CAPS designation from the National Apartment Association.
