Both awards were given at Dolben’s Annual Awards Ceremony, held in late June.
Ms. Moraski is Property Manager at Longview at Georgetown, a 186-unit apartment community in Georgetown, Massachusetts. Under Ms. Moraski’s leadership and guidance, Longview at Georgetown has become one of Dolben’s most successful properties, with a leasing and maintenance team that is always willing to go above and beyond for residents. Keith Corriveau, Regional Property Manager, noted, “Marie is a manager that others rely on for the “quick” question, she is the one that managers turn to for confirmation that they are doing it right, and she is the one who helps out with staffing or coverage issues. 100 Memorial Drive, a 261-unit apartment community located in Cambridge, Massachusetts, was recognized as Property of The Year. All Dolben-managed properties are evaluated in a number of categories, including income growth, property audit scores, closing ratios, shopping report scores, and resident retention, among other aspects. The staff at Memorial Drive boasts a long tenure with Dolben, with several team members who have been with the company for more than 20 years. Team members include Brian Shapiro, Property Manager; Elizabeth Dolben, Assistant Property Manager; Tom Feldman, Senior Leasing Consultant; Dennis O’Leary, Maintenance Supervisor; and Tony Mello, Maintenance Technician. The property also has a summer intern, Nate Marchand, who is a junior at Tufts University. Thomas D.
