May 14, 2013, WOBURN, MA – The Dolben Company, Inc. (“Dolben”), a full-service Boston-based real estate company, announced today that Keith Tate has been recognized as Employee of The Year.
Mr. Tate was part of Dolben’s Management Trainee Program in 2010. He was quickly placed at Mission Place as Assistant Property Manager, and was an integral part of the property’s successful lease-up. Mr. Tate was then promoted to Property Manager at Riverscape Apartments in January 2013, and has taken on the new tasks and responsibilities of a Property Manager with great enthusiasm. Since joining Dolben, Mr. Tate has welcomed every opportunity for industry education, achieving his NALP and CAM designations.
Mr. Tate has also shown a great commitment to community service, implementing a Toys for Tots drive and a breast cancer awareness fundraiser. He also teamed up with a 5th grade classroom to create posters to advertise a Thanksgiving Food Drive at his property, and was able to donate 200 items to the Maryland Food Bank as a result. Among his future undertakings are a community Blood Drive for the Red Cross, an SPCA Pet Adoption Day and an Adopt-A-Highway program.
