Brian M. Shapiro, CAPS

As Regional Property Manager, Brian’s responsibilities include day-to-day operational oversight, annual budget preparation, capital project management, marketing plan preparation, and focus on specific ownership goals for a portfolio of properties. His background encompasses fifteen years of experience, all with The Dolben Company. Brian is a graduate of Dolben’s management trainee program and prior to his current role, he served as Assistant Property Manager and Property Manager. He has been a trainer for NAA’s NALP certification course. He is also a regular internal trainer as part of Dolben’s annual Manager in Training program. Brian holds a number of industry certifications, including NALP, CAM, CAPS, and C3P Tax Credit. He earned a B.A. from Tufts University, where he was team captain for both the varsity men’s basketball and baseball teams.
