Chase E. Radice, CAM

Chase joined The Dolben Company in September 2013 as a member of the Management Trainee Program. After completing the program, he was placed onsite as an Assistant Manager. Within two years, Chase was promoted to Property Manager and, over the next seven years, managed multiple sites in the greater Boston area. During this time, he gained experience in new construction lease-ups, financial/budget processes, third party client relationships, acquisitions/ sales, and capital projects. Chase now oversees a portfolio of properties in Massachusetts, New Hampshire, and Rhode Island. He holds a B.A. in American History with a minor in Asian Studies from Bates College.
