Deane H. Dolben, CAPS

Active with the firm since 1984, Deane is responsible for overseeing the operations of the company and its staff. At the present time these operations include the management of more than 16,000 multifamily units located in New England, the Mid-Atlantic, and Southwest Florida.

Deane is a Director and past Chairman, Treasurer, and Regional Vice President of the National Apartment Association, a Director of the National Multifamily Housing Council and a past President of the Massachusetts Apartment Association (MAA). Deane holds the National Apartment Association’s Certified Apartment Portfolio Supervisor (CAPS) designation. He has achieved the Eagle Scout rank from the Boy Scouts of America. Deane graduated from Phillips Andover Academy and holds a B.S. from Tufts University.
