Jessica Plourde, CAM

Jessica has been with The Dolben Company for more than 20 years. In her tenure as a Property Manager, she worked at more than 10 properties ranging in size from 150 units to over 600 units. Her responsibilities included budget preparation and oversight, financial reporting to third-party clients, apartment renovations and large-scale capital projects as well as new construction lease-ups, sales and acquisitions. She currently manages a portfolio of properties in Massachusetts and New Hampshire.

Jessica holds a B.A. in Criminal Justice from the University of Massachusetts Lowell and has earned her National Apartment Leasing Professional and Certified Apartment Manager designations from the National Apartment Association.
