John M. O’Connor, CSL, CAPS

Active with the firm since 1999, John has 30 years of experience in property maintenance, management and development. Today he is currently responsible for the oversight and management of the company’s multifamily housing development projects. During the past fifteen years he has directly supervised the development of more than 5,500 units.

John has been a Licensed Massachusetts Unrestricted Construction Supervisor (CSL) since 1995, earned the National Apartment Association’s Certified Apartment Portfolio Supervisor (CAPS) designation. He is a graduate of Xaverian Brothers High School and earned a B.S. from the University of Massachusetts at Dartmouth.
