Joseph H. Dolben

A fifth-generation participant, Joe joined the firm full time in 2013 as a member of the Accounting department before moving to the Development team full time in 2015. As Senior Vice President of Development, he helps oversee the Development team and directs project viability, pre-development planning, and management strategies consistent with the company’s development objectives along with financial analysis of ongoing development projects. Joe also assists ownership in modeling potential acquisitions and development opportunities. Prior to his current role, Joe served as Project Coordinator overseeing the performance of Dolben new development projects onsite verifying adherence of the construction to the specifications and expectations of Dolben as well as financial analysis of the projects. Joe works with the Asset Management and Property Management teams to advise on capital improvements and management plans for the properties needing construction expertise and support in design development, cost efficiency, and incorporation of emerging technologies and materials.

He has achieved the Eagle Scout rank from the Boy Scouts of America and attended Northfield Mount Hermon School and Union College.
