Marie C. Furnari, CAPS

Marie Furnari serves as Vice President of Technology at The Dolben Company, bringing more than 20 years of experience in the multifamily housing industry. Throughout her tenure at Dolben, she has held various roles, including Regional Property Manager, building a strong foundation in property operations that continues to shape her approach to technology leadership. In her current role, Marie leads the company’s technology strategy, focusing on innovation, operational efficiency, cybersecurity, and solutions that enhance the employee and resident experience. She has successfully led numerous company-wide initiatives, including the largest data cleanup and system migration in Dolben’s history. Her passion for technology is rooted in a commitment to simplifying processes, empowering employees, and driving meaningful improvements across the organization. Marie holds both the Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) and Certified Apartment Portfolio Supervisor (CAPS) designations, along with a B.A. and MBA from Assumption College.
