Matthew D. Thomas, CAPS

As Regional Property Manager, Matt’s responsibilities include overseeing a portfolio of eight properties, which total more than 2,000 units. His background encompasses more than fifteen years of experience, with previous roles including asset management, loan origination, and property research and development. Matt has received his National Apartment Designations for Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) and Certified Apartment Portfolio Supervisor (CAPS). He earned a B.S. in Business Administration from Towson University.
