Natalie C. Hall

Natalie joined The Dolben Company as a Regional Property Manager in 2026, bringing 13 years of multifamily property management experience throughout Florida and Tennessee. Her experience spans a variety of asset types, including high-rise, mid-rise, and garden-style communities, as well as renovations, new construction, and lease-ups. She oversees Dolben’s growing Naples portfolio, including the luxury high-rise community Ascent at Metropolitan Naples, and assists with the due diligence and onboarding of new assets.

Her responsibilities include team leadership and management, budget preparation and oversight, financial reporting, operational performance, and maximizing revenue while controlling costs across each asset. Known for her professionalism, attention to detail, and collaborative leadership style, Natalie is committed to building high-performing teams and creating communities where residents and associates can thrive. Natalie earned a Bachelor of Arts in Violin Performance from Vanderbilt University.
