Phyllis Giordano

Phyllis brings over 20 years of financial accounting in private real estate companies with expertise in accounting for real estate development, lease up and operations.  As Controller, her responsibilities include overseeing Property Accounting functions for a portfolio of properties, operational accounting technology initiatives and departmental employee engagement.  Phyllis earned a B.S. from Salem State College.
