Ronald O. Nichols, CAPS

As a Regional Property Manager, Ron’s responsibilities include overseeing management of several properties in the Mid-Atlantic. Ron works at our regional office in Odenton, MD and his portfolio is comprised of properties in Maryland and Virginia. His background consists of over fifteen years in the multi-family property management industry, including over thirteen years with Dolben, and several more years in retail and commercial management. Ron has obtained several designations from the National Apartment Association (NAA), which includes: National Apartment Leasing Professional (NALP), Certified Apartment Manager (CAM), and Certified Apartment Portfolio Supervisor (CAPS). He has also earned a B.A. in Criminology and Criminal Justice from the University of Maryland at College Park.
