Tenley H. Jablinske, CAPS

Tenley holds over twenty five years of Multifamily Property Management experience. As a Regional Property Manager, she manages the day to day oversight of a portfolio that includes seven apartment communities, including two properties with commercial spaces. Her responsibilities include team leadership and management, budget production and oversight, financial reporting to ownership, oversight of capital improvement projects as well as maximizing revenue and controlling costs for each asset. Tenley earned her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Maryland and earned designations as a National Association of Leasing Professional, Certified Apartment Manager and Certified Apartment Portfolio Supervisor from the National Apartment Association. She is also a Director on the Board of Directors for the Piney Orchard PUD.
