Thomas D. Beaton, CPM, CAPS

Active with the firm since 1982, Tom is responsible for overseeing the operations of the management portfolio, which consists of more than 17,000 multifamily units in New England and the Mid-Atlantic regions.

Tom is a Director and Past President of the Massachusetts Apartment Association (MAA) of the Greater Boston Real Estate Board, a Director of the Greater Boston Real Estate Board and a Director, past Regional Vice President, past Secretary, past Treasurer, past Vice Chair, past Chairman-Elect, and past Chairman of the National Apartment Association. Tom has received the Certified Property Manager designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management, and also holds the National Apartment Association’s Certified Apartment Portfolio Supervisor (CAPS) designation. He is a graduate of the Tilton School and holds a B.A./B.S. from Tufts University.
