MARKETPLACE AT FELLS POINT BEGINS PRE-LEASING

September 3, 2013, WOBURN, MA –The Dolben Company, Inc. (“Dolben”), and Klein Enterprises are pleased to announce that Marketplace at Fells Point has begun pre-leasing. Located in Baltimore's historic Fells Point district, Marketplace at Fells Point is comprised of 159 apartment units and 28,000 square feet of retail space. Construction on the project began in June 2012 and is expected to be completed in July 2014; first occupancy is expected in November 2013. A temporary leasing office has been opened at 1534 Fleet Street, just two blocks from the development site, and the leasing team will move into an on-site space in November.  Marketplace at Fells Point is the second joint venture between Dolben and Klein Enterprises; another joint venture, The Apartments at Charlestown Crossing (North East, MD), began pre-leasing apartment homes earlier this year.

Marketplace at Fells Point offers studio, one and two bedroom apartment homes with modern designs and intuitive layouts. Interior details such as nine foot ceilings, generously-sized windows and high-end kitchens with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances create a chic, comfortable space that’s bright, open and inviting. Community amenities include a club room, fitness center, game room and private courtyards with an outdoor fireplace. Residents will be able to pay their rent online and submit service requests online via a resident portal, which can be accessed via a computer or mobile device. The community will have on-site retail, and is walking distance to restaurants, nightlife, entertainment, culture, public transit, shopping and work centers. The American Planning Association designated Fells Point as one of America’s “10 Great Neighborhoods” of 2012.
