The Dolben Company, Inc., in partnership with Procopio Companies and Reveler Development, is pleased to announce the initiation of its latest project, Ledger at Westbrook, a 204-unit luxury apartment community located on Spring Street in Westbrook, Maine. Ledger will bring high-quality, modern residential housing to one of Southern Maine’s fastest-growing markets. Construction began in Q3 2025, with first unit deliveries anticipated in Q1 2027 and project stabilization projected for Q1 2028.
The Ledger development team includes Procopio Companies as the developer/general contractor, The Dolben Company and Reveler Development as co-developers, CUBE 3 as the architect, and Procopio Construction as the construction manager. Financing for the project is provided by Rockland Trust and Salem Five.
Approved by the City of Westbrook Planning Board in May 2023, with the final subdivision plan recorded on June 13, 2023, Ledger will feature six three-story, wood-frame residential buildings—one 24-unit and five 36-unit buildings—along with a 7,410-square-foot clubhouse, nine garages in three different configurations, and a maintenance building.
Ledger will feature a mix of modern one- and two-bedroom apartment homes with luxury finishes such as quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, vinyl plank flooring, full-size washers and dryers, LED lighting, and custom cabinetry. Select units will feature private balconies or patios. Planned community amenities will include a fitness center, resident lounge, outdoor spaces, and other thoughtfully curated features to enhance daily living.
Strategically located on Spring Street, Ledger provides convenient access to downtown Westbrook, Portland, and southern Maine’s major employment centers. Residents will also enjoy nearby shopping and dining options, including the Maine Mall, Target, Best Buy, Apple, and the Tuscan Table, as well as easy access to I-95 and I-295. Westbrook offers a unique mix of urban amenities and natural beauty, including the Mill Brook Preserve, Westbrook River Walk, Smiling Hill Farm, Sunset Ridge Golf Links, and Rock Row concert venues.
