(“Dolben”) is pleased to announce that the firm has assumed management of The Veridian Residences, a 95-unit community located in Portsmouth, NH. Built in 2017, the community is conveniently located just four miles from the Portsmouth waterfront and is part of the newly redesigned Portsmouth Green shopping district, featuring a Starbucks, McKinnon’s Market, Cinemagic, and Orange Theory Fitness. The Veridian is owned by Torrington Properties, a new client for Dolben.
The Veridian is comprised of a mix of studio, one, two, and three-bedroom apartment homes. Apartment features include quartz countertops, contemporary appliances, wood-style flooring, oversized windows and spacious closets.
