November 10, 2015, WOBURN, MA – The Dolben Company, Inc. (“Dolben”), a full-service, Boston-based real estate company, is pleased to announce that Jennifer Mitchell has joined the firm as a Regional Property Manager. Ms. Mitchell will be managing a portfolio of properties in New England, and will be working out of the company’s headquarters in Woburn, Massachusetts.
Ms. Mitchell joins Dolben from Lincoln Property Company, where she was most recently an Assistant Vice President, assisting in the oversight of 30 properties with approximately 6,400 apartment units. Her main portfolio was comprised of approximately 2,400 units, consisting of both market and affordable units, and included significant experience with third-party national clients. While at Lincoln, she managed five multimillion dollar renovation/rehab projects, exceeded net operating income projections for 2014, and supervised a downtown Boston lease-up that stabilized in less than 12 months. Prior to Lincoln, she worked at the Worcester Housing Authority as the Director of Admissions, coordinating the state and federal administrative process for almost 3,000 apartment units. She also spent three years with JMG Realty as an Executive Business Manager, and began her career as a Property Manager at Corcoran Management Company. Ms. Mitchell is a graduate of Northeastern University, and earned her Accredited Residential Manager (ARM) designation from IREM.
