(“Dolben”), a full-service, Boston-based real estate company, is pleased to announce that Sally Matheu has joined the firm as a Regional Director. Ms. Matheu will be responsible for overseeing the operations of the company’s Mid-Atlantic portfolio, and will be working out of the company’s regional office in Odenton, Maryland.
Ms. Matheu brings more than 25 years of experience in both high-rise and garden apartment operations and development. Most recently, she was a regional vice president at Monogram Apartment Collection, where she oversaw more than 6,100 apartments in Massachusetts, Maryland, Virginia, Florida, Colorado, and Texas. Previously, she was Director of Customer Strategies at Rainmaker, and also held management roles with Kettler and Archstone. Ms. Matheu received her Bachelor of Arts in Communications, with a minor in Business Management, from the University of New Mexico.
