December 10, 2013, WOBURN, MA – The Dolben Company, Inc. (“Dolben”), a full-service Boston-based real estate company, is pleased to announce that Marie Moraski and Brian Shapiro have been promoted to the role of Regional Property Manager. Ms. Moraski and Mr. Shapiro will each be managing a portfolio of properties in New England, and will be working out of the company’s headquarters in Woburn, Massachusetts.
Ms. Moraski started with Dolben in 2006, and has held several roles with the company during her tenure, including Assistant Property Manager, Roving Assistant Property Manager, and most recently, Property Manager. This summer, Ms. Moraski was recognized as Dolben’s Property Manager of the Year. Ms. Moraski earned both her Bachelor of Science Degree in Management and her Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Assumption College. She holds the Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) and National Apartment Leasing Professional (NALP) designations from the National Apartment Association, and is also C4P Tax Credit Certified.
Mr. Shapiro has been with Dolben since 2005, and was the first graduate of Dolben’s inaugural Management Trainee Program. At the conclusion of his training program, Mr. Shapiro was placed as an Assistant Property Manager, and within six months was promoted to Property Manager at a sister property. Mr. Shapiro earned his Bachelor of Arts Degree from Tufts University and holds the Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) and National Apartment Leasing Professional (NALP) designations from the National Apartment Association. Mr. Shapiro has served as a Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) course instructor for the Greater Boston Real Estate Board’s Rental Housing Authority, and is also an instructor for Dolben’s in-house training program, Dolben University.
