February 25, 2016, WOBURN, MA – The Dolben Company, Inc. (“Dolben”) is pleased to announce that the West Anne Arundel County Chamber of Commerce (West County Chamber) recognized the company as its first-ever Developer of the Year. The award was given at last week’s West County Chamber’s Annual Meeting and Business Awards ceremony, in recognition of one of Dolben’s newest area developments, The Village at Odenton Station. With 235 apartment homes and 58,000 square feet of retail space, The Village at Odenton Station is Anne Arundel County’s first transit-oriented development. The property opened in 2012, and includes numerous retailers, including Baltimore Coffee & Tea, Kiddie Academy, a nail salon, dry cleaner, and dental office. The Village at Odenton Station is also the future home of Ruth’s Chris Steakhouse, which will open early this summer.
