Drexel M. Costello, CAM

In this role, Drexel acts as the owner’s representative overseeing the performance of each of the Dolben sponsored apartment communities in his portfolio. Asset Management works with the Property Management and Accounting teams to prepare and execute the annual business plan for each property. This includes physical inspections, financial analysis, recommending capital improvements, and monitoring property debt, real estate taxes and insurance. Drexel also prepares communication to internal and external investors. Prior to this role, Drexel was a Property Analyst, maintaining and implementing ownership’s business plans for the properties in his portfolio. He also provided ownership with support to model potential acquisitions, financing and refinancing, and created long term financial projections.

Prior to joining the Corporate Team, Drexel managed the lease-up of Halyard in Gloucester, MA and also managed Northgate Apartments in Revere, MA.

Drexel has earned his Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) designation from the National Apartment Association (NAA). He is a graduate of Florida State University having earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Management with a major in Entrepreneurship.
