Matthew K. Dolben, CAPS

A fifth-generation participant, Matt joined the firm in 2016 as a member of the Management Trainee Program. As Vice President Asset Management, he oversees the Asset Management team and directs financial, business and management strategies consistent with the company’s investment objectives. Matt also assists ownership in modeling potential acquisitions and development opportunities. Prior to his current role, Matt served as Senior Asset Manager overseeing the performance of Dolben sponsored properties by performing regular physical inspections and financial analysis of the properties. Matt worked with the Management team to recommend capital improvements and management plans for the properties, also preparing communication with external Dolben investors. Matt also served as a Property Manager, Property Analyst, and Asset Manager for the company. Matt is an active committee member for the MAA and has obtained several designations from the NAA, including NALP, CAM and CAPS. Matt is a graduate from Brooks School and holds a BBA with a concentration in Management from Loyola University Maryland.
