Andrew K. Dolben, CPM

Drew has been active with the firm since 1982 and is currently responsible for the firm’s development activities including rehabilitation and new construction of apartment and condominium communities. He directly supervised the development of more than 6,500 units of multifamily housing during the last twenty years.

Drew is a Director of the National Multifamily Housing Council, a Washington, D.C. based organization made up of the largest multifamily owners and operators in the country. He has achieved the Eagle Scout rank from the Boy Scouts of America. Drew has earned the Certified Property Manager designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management, is a graduate of Northfield Mount Hermon School and holds a B.A. from Tufts University.
