Mario L. Boiardi

Mario joined the Dolben Company as a Regional Property Manager in April 2025, bringing over ten years of multi-family residential management experience to the team. He began his career as an LIHTC Affordable Housing Coordinator, and progressed through roles including Assistant Property Manager, Property Manager, and Senior Community Manager. Mario has been responsible for all aspects of onsite property management including affordable housing compliance, leasing, budget preparation, capital project planning & oversight, acquisitions & sales, and the onboarding & training of new employees. He has managed communities of varying size & class in the Merrimack Valley & central Massachusetts markets. Throughout his career, he has received recognition, winning awards such as Community Manager of the Year, Top Ten Leasing Agent, Most Profitable Community, and Best in Class Community. Prior to joining the multi-family industry, Mario was a real estate agent, and worked on local & state-level political campaigns.

Mario earned a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Massachusetts Lowell as a dual major in English Literature & Political Science.
